Over the last 10 years, NOVA has developed mentoring and support programs for communities and institutionsfostering capacity-building processes inspired by several strategic guidelines:

System actions aimed at qualifying and standardizing services provided to foreigners aligning the provision of reception and integration services with a systematic, coherent and organized approach

Strengthening of multilevel governance experiences in interventions, promoting coordination among institutional and private social actors and enhancing their roles in the programming and implementation of interventions
